The Property: -
The Great Room: This is a spacious room with vaulted ceilings. Accommodation comprises a lounge area with Cable TV and DVD Player, formal Dining Area, fully equipped Kitchen and Nook, (second informal eating area).
Master Bedroom: This has a Queen size bed, Cable TV with DVD Player, 'walk in' wardrobe and leads to a huge and beautiful master bathroom.
Bedrooms 2 & 3: Both contain two Single Beds and a fitted Wardrobe and share a 'Jack and Jill' Bathroom arrangement which is divided into two areas to give privacy and when required.
Bedroom 4: This has a Queen size bed, fitted Wardrobe and is adjacent to the main full bathroom. There is also a washer and drier in the utility area just off the main hallway.
Screened Pool: The Great Room and the Master Bedroom have direct access, (by patio doors), onto the covered lanai where you can sit or eat out when not in the pool. The pool has pool lighting and can be heated for a supplement if required during cooler months.
The Arrangements: -
Upon arrival in Florida, (Orlando International Airport), the drive from the airport will take about thirty minutes to the entrance of Highgate Park. (You can travel directly to the villa as we have installed a key lock box accessed by a code at the Villa.)After entering the access code for the Highgate Park Community Gates, you will be able to proceed to the Villa and obtain the Villa key from the coded key box by the Front Doors. (Highgate Park is well lit and we have exterior lighting to our driveway and Double Garage.)
