Elizabeth's Florida Villa is situated in the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park, Davenport, Florida and is only a ten minute drive from Disney World. The Park is beautifully landscaped and is a secure and pleasant place to stay in Orlando.
With four full size bedrooms and three full bathrooms, air conditioned throughout, this residence is spacious and has it's own private lanai and swimming pool which can be heated if required. It has televisions with DVD players in the Great Room and Master Bedroom, a Kitchen with Fridge/Freezer/auto Ice Cube Maker, Range Cooker, Microwave, Waste Disposal and Dishwasher. There are separate full size washing and drying machines in the utility area.
Our local management company maintains the property for us and will look after you and provide 24hr emergency cover if you should need it. Highgate Park is only a very short drive from local shops and services, (3 minutes), which include a large supermarket, (Publix), Appleby's restaurant, Two Banks, Pizza Restaurant/Takeaway, Tap House Bar, liquor shop etc. Staying in this villa should allow you to comfortably eat at home, or alternatively go out, (which you may well find yourselves choosing to do when you realise how quick and convenient it is and what good value the Florida Restaurants are).
